Hi man,
I have been slow at updating lately. Basically what happened was on june 2nd I found out the DVD was coming out of Kate and Leopold on the 11th, so I took a leaf out of the Star Wars fan playbook and went and camped out at the local Blockbuster EARLY. Luckily I was first in line, but the weirdest thing happened and noone else camped out for get this: the entire time! Like, I was positive that by 5 or 6 days before the 11th, there'd be a bunch of people behind me trying to totally bogart my spot, but in the end I guess they all went to another blockbuster or something, sort of like how everyone waited for star wars in new york or whatever. Anyhow, the store got the DVDs a day late, so I went home for most of the 11th (I had already promised to babysit) and then came back in time to camp out all night and then get the movie on the 12th. After watching it ABOUT A MILLION TIMES in the last day I am finally ready to give it my official internet reviiew, and that review is: THIS MOVIE RULES. It's a classic romance with a sci-fi twist and the chemistry between Meg Ryan and Hugh Jackman is wonderful (I'm sure Meg didn't have to try too hard to look smitten, I hear he has a huge ackman!). All in all, it was a great movie and totally worth the wait!
